- 3 - 4 handfuls of mixed salad or rocket salad that is spicy
- 1 handful MANI green and Kalamata olives pitted al naturale
- 1 carott
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 champignon mushrooms
- 1 mozzarella
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 jar grilled artichockes
- MANI extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
Wash and drain the salad. Put the drained salad in a big bowl.
Slice the tomatoes and put them into the bowl.
Rasp the carrot and cut it into slices or stripes and add it to the salad.
Peel the champignon mushrooms, cut them into small slices and spread over the salad.
Add the drained artichockes, sliced salmon, sliced mozzarella and the olives.
Dress with the lemon juice, pepper and plenty of olive oil.
Mix the salad very well and let it stand briefly - done!
