Terms & Conditions

For the sale and shipment of our products via the Internet, the following terms and conditions in force at the time the order is placed:

1. Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an online-catalog. By clicking the “Buy” / “order to pay it”, you place a binding order in the basket of goods. The confirmation of your order takes place together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending automated e-mail. This e-mail confirmation of the contract of sale is concluded.

2. Our Price

Prices shown are gross prices and include the statutory value-added tax at the time. Price information to be accurate. If the Mani Bläuel Shop website is incorrectly, in computational or typographical errors, we reserve the right to charge the correct price. If you should not agree, we give you an immediate withdrawal. Special offer items are excluded from any further discount.

Please contact us for orders over € 1.000 for an offer. To do so, simply contact us via email to:

3a. The order / delivery

You can order from us online around the clock. The minimum order value is € 5.00 per order (excluding shipping). The delivery is the fastest way possible by mail or parcel service directly from the warehouse to your home. The delivery, while supplies last.

3b. Free samples and special offers

We point out that customers who order free samples and a limited supply promotions, multiple or fake, be excluded from supplying complete. Also excluded requester will make intentionally false e-mail information and thereby allow our confirmation email lead nowhere.

4. Shipments abroad

For orders from abroad, the goods are shipped only against advance payment. The shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser. For the postage and shipping costs for abroad please read the shipping terms.

7. Retention of title

The commodity remains the property of Felix Bläuel until the payment of the full amount invoiced.

8. Costs

The goods must be promptly returned to our address Seidengasse 32, 1070 Vienna, Austria, and in any case not later than fourteen days from the date you notified us about the cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiration period of fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

It is not permitted to imitate parts of the text and illustrations, reproduce, etc. It requires the prior consent of Felix Bläuel.
